A Message From Our President
As the party’s President and Chief Financial Officer, I would like to warmly welcome you to the Party For People With Special Needs.
I’m a deeply proud Canadian who grew up in Toronto. I’m an engineer by profession and furthered my education in logistics, transportation, quality control, and computer science.
Early in my life I underwent an extensive and debilitating medical illness. I understand what it means to experience a life threatening disability and financial crises.
My interest in politics has grown recent. After having participated in two provincial elections (starting in 2018), it became painfully obvious that our current government can do so much better by focusing on the best interest of its all its needy citizens. At PPSN we are working hard and passionately to change this.
The Team
Singer-songwriter, Author, Songwriting Coach, Insurance & Investment Advisor
Signe is the lead singer of the alternative roots-rock band Signe Miranda’s Veranda, an acoustic folk-pop artist, and the author of The Song Creation Formula, where she interviewed seven of her favorite Canadian songwriters. With 22 years in the music industry and four in investments and insurance, Signe became a licensed financial professional to help entrepreneurs, artists, and business owners secure their future. Derek Sharp
Director Events
Derek is a self-employed entrepreneur who is a father of three and lives with his wife Cheri in Campbell ford, Ontario.
He has been involved in many different business ventures. He is a Disk Jockey, A professional MC, and has even worked in professional wrestling.
Leonor Abad
Director Community Outreach
Leonor is a graduate of the University of San Carlos with a Bachelor of Science degree. She is an entrepreneur and business owner.
Leonor has a long history of community service including relief operations during Yolanda, as well as participating in many local Filipino Associations.
Arewa Olanrewaju
Technology
Arewa is an expert in technology and has been working online for many years. His passion is helping people and giving them the tools to succeed.
Arewa has 3 children and is very family oriented. He has a long history of community service.
Albert Chosky
Creative Design & Development
Albert is dynamic and motivated web application developer, WordPress expert, and creative designer.
He has over 22 years of experience and a passion for producing engaging websites, interactive mobile apps, and eye-catching photography & motion graphics.
Gene Chosky
Social Media Management
Gene is a seasoned wizard at social media management, content creation, and creative online marketing.
Between spearheading lucrative social media campaigns, she regularly donates her time to helping charities.
Chris Wesley
Marketing
Chris is a hardworking contractor focused on helping others. When disaster strikes he is there to help his clients through hard times.
Chris has a long history of community service. He has two children and and has run several programs for veterans and children.
Elena Genalope
Secretary
Elena was born in the Philippines, and immigrated to Canada on the 5th of May 2000.
She worked as a Medical office Administrator for 15 years and now works as a salesperson, and Administrator in a car dealership.
Lucy Guerrero
Public Relations
Lucy is a business woman and a Business graduate of Seneca College and has run a successful home daycare for over ten years.
She is an Ecuadorian native who migrated to Canada with her parents 46 years ago. She is a proud mother of two children, a daughter, 27, and a son who is 25.
Judith Gambonia
Director Program Development
Joy is a trained nurse and health care professional committed to empowering people, She has a long history of community service.
Joy is constantly expanding her skills and loves to help people. She create amazing programs that keep our communities focused on personal development.
